Turns our lazybones playfull August 28, 2010

I have purchased SO many toys trying to get our fat cat some exercise, but every time he turns up his nose at the toys and has no interest. This ball works to at least get him moving. You can adjust the holes to be different sizes and he spends quite a bit of time batting this about trying to get the treats inside. I don't think he's really lost weight with this, but it has made him be a little more active so that is a good thing. I would absolutely buy this again. Highly recommended.

This is a great way to keep a "busy" small dog occupied on your way out the door. My shih tzu loves this product--she is a very resourceful and busy, little girl and enjoys working with this ball very much. I would highly recommend to anyone with a small dog that gets bored easily and needs mental stimulation.

This has been effective at slowing down my cat's eating. He used to go through almost all of his food as soon as I put it out, sometimes eating it so fast he'd make himself sick. Now he'll have a little left in the ball when it's time for the next feeding. It also serves as yet another toy. I'm not sure yet if it's helping him lose weight, but it seems like it should in the long run. The only downside is sometimes he gets it under/behind furniture, and I need to go searching for it when it's time to feed him. We started with the big holes until he got used to getting his food from the ball, and have now adjusted it down to the smallest holes.
